Founding & Background
Kammetal was founded in 2001 by Sam Kusack with the goal of serving the ornamental and architectural metal fabrication industry. Our vision has expanded but our focus remains consistent; To deliver our clients vision with exemplary work.
In the last 22 years Kammetal has grown considerably and gained substantial industry experience, expanded our vendor network and increased our technical knowledge. With our industry experience and digital fabrication capabilities we have the ability to successfully deliver complex specialty metal projects and production orders with complete confidence.

Sam Kusack
Founder & President
Samuel Kusack has over 20 years of experience managing and directing a wide scope of projects in the metal fabrication industry. Mr Kusack commands a comprehensive understanding of the detailed and specialized facets of metal fabrication and project delivery. After graduating from The Cooper Union in 2001 with a BFA in Sculpture he founded Kammetal to serve the ornamental and architectural metal industry. His training in fine art has influenced his ability to gain an acute understanding of purveying the architectural vision at hand. His formal training and experience in metal fabrication provide him with the expertise to select the preferred engineering directive as well as to implement the proper sequencing to execute complex metal assemblies and projects. The company has been built by his attention to detail and quest to provide exemplary work. Mr. Kusack has directed all of the complex large scale projects completed by Kammetal since its inception.
