How We Work With You
Design Development
Our team begins with understanding your design objectives and aesthetic goals, gaining full knowledge through extensive consultations. If needed, we will obtain detailed field measurements or 3D scan of your project location. With this information, our design team begins the process of design development for manufacturing, structural integrity, installation and transport logistics.
Drawings & Detailed Specs
The valuable knowledge gained from the design development step is used by our engineers and technicians to produce complete project specifications and drawings. This includes materials, full detailing, CAD drawings, 3D CAD models and prototypes if required.
Fabrication
Full fabrication of the project is put into production. Some of the processes may include: laser cutting, bending, forming, finishing, saw cutting, welding, water jet cutting, and assembly. Our 57,000 sqft facility houses extensive machinery and specialty tools for nearly any type of metal fabrication. Our in-house quality control ensures your final product is exactly to the project specs.
Installation / Delivery
In most instances, Kammetal’s shop fabrication craftsmen go on the job for installation of the pieces. However, we assist our customers who are doing their own installation, or need to set up other delivery requests,
