Laser Cutting

Kammetal provides advanced flatbed laser cutting services using TRUMPF laser cutting technology. This service is designed for precise and efficient processing of flat materials such as sheet metal, enabling the production of complex shapes with high accuracy, delivering precision, quality parts to our customers. Waterjet Cutting

Kammetal offers waterjet cutting services for any material at any quantity. Waterjet cutting has many advantages over other cutting processes: Superior edge quality, no heat effected zones, minimal kerf and can cut virtually any material at high overall thickness.

Sawing

At Kammetal we provide comprehensive saw cutting services designed to meet the high-precision needs of various industries. CNC Tapping & Drilling

Kammetal offers precision drilling and tapping services, specializing in creating custom holes and threads in various metals like stainless steel and aluminum. Using advanced CNC machinery, manual tapping tools and skilled technicians, they deliver high-accuracy results for both small and large production runs.

CNC Bending & Forming

Kammetal offers press brake bending services as part of its comprehensive metal fabrication capabilities. Using advanced CNC press brake technology, including models like the Trumpf TruBend 5170S, 3066 and TruBend 7036, Kammetal provides high-precision bending with a variety of features such as six-axis back gauges for intricate bends and hydraulic tool clamping for reliability. These press brake systems allow Kammetal to efficiently handle both small and large-scale bending projects, ensuring high-quality results for industries ranging from architecture and aerospace to automotive and defense.

Welding

Kammetal offers both manual and robotic welding services, providing versatile solutions for a wide range of metal fabrication needs.

For manual welding, Kammetal specializes in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, offering certified services that adhere to AWS (American Welding Society) structural welding codes. These techniques are particularly suited for stainless steel, aluminum and steel, ensuring high-quality, precision welds​.

Also available are robotic welding services integrated with advanced automation, delivering precision and high throughput for small to large-scale production runs. This robotic system ensures consistent, repeatable welds, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency​.

Kammetal’s welding capabilities are further enhanced by precision setup and fixturing tables, which ensures accuracy across both manual and automated welding processes.

Finishing

V-Grooving

Kammetal offers specialized V-grooving services as part of its comprehensive metal fabrication capabilities. Our V-grooving technique is often used for producing clean, tight OD/ID radius bends in sheet metal without the need for additional forming or costly tooling. This method is ideal for creating aesthetically pleasing angular shapes or folds in materials like aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals. It allows for high precision and is particularly useful for architectural and ornamental metal projects where clean aesthetics are paramount. Typically, this process is a VE alternative to edge welding and grinding for architectural projects.
