MTA Elevator Enclosures

Kammetal was selected to provide Project Management, Design Development, Engineering, Fabrication and installation services of a street level Glass Elevator Kiosk, 5 X Glass and Stainless Steel sub grade elevator enclosures and 1,200 Ft of Stainless Steel ADA compliant handrail throughout Kinsbridge Station. Kammetal was responsible for detailing the design of the street level glass elevator kiosk, part of that design required Kammetal to design and engineer custom Stainless Steel spider fittings for the project, as well as perform graphic design for the custom frit pattern in the Laminated, Tempered, Heatsoaked Glass. Kammetal provided full shop drawings and engineering calculations for the project, as well as full installation of all fabricated Glass and Metal components.
